Dell precision 5550 fan always running

I don´t know if it was the 1.3.1 firmware or what, but past 2 weeks my fans do this constantly even when on login screen: Spin on for 1-2 sec >stop for 2 sec > spin on 1-2 sec >stop for 2 sec>spin and keeps on for 10s>stop. And repeat all over again. And this goes on and on and on. WebConsidering this better try some more to debug S0 and hopefully make it work as intended, or bother Dell and M$ support or your admin. Running hot during S0 is not exactly the original idea - it is supposed to doze most of the time, but sometimes some stupid prevents it from entering the "DRIPS" state.
