WebI am having the exact same issue. Had my Gmail forward some specific emails to my vtext, so that I was notified ASAP. Had been doing this for years, but this issue happened on June 14th for me, and has been an issue ever since. I can receive vtext to my phone from other email clients (like hotmail or outlook), but Gmail doesn’t work. WebSearching old articles and sites, it appears that the functionality to send an email to [phone number]@vzwpix.com and have it sent to your phone as a text message was a feature of Pix Place, a picture hosting service Verizon used to offer. The Pix Place website is picture.vzw.com; go there, and you get this message:
