WebAug 1, 2024 · Did the same. No response from Fitbit. My Ionic was only 7-8 mos old and just died one day, showing no charge and would not start. Must admit I did not hold the 3 buttons to start all night long yet... Have ordered a Samsung Smart watch version 4 rather than pay 2-way cost of sending for repair with no guarantee Fitbit will fix it.
