WebI get the UI bug all the time. Instead of restarting the game, kill your internet connection, then reconnect it. It will be much faster than a client restart. This still need to be at the top of the list for bug fixes though - even a hotfix that simply detects it and reloads the UI would be warranted IMO, until they can fix the root cause.
