WebIt is not a Windows 10 issue because Windows 10 supports up to 32,767 characters. Adobe needs to fix this issue by increasing the folder + subfolder + subfolder ... + file length allowed to greater than 1000 characters to solve this problem. The fact that people are doing work arounds is silly.
