WebThe Peer Workforce Peer Support is a rapidly growing workforce. This evidence-based practice improves outcomes and quality of life and reduces hospitalizations and cost of services for consumers. WebThe partnership also provides technical assistance to agencies and organizations across Iowa that have a peer workforce. The project provides training for Peer Support Specialists, Family Peer Support Specialists, and Recovery Peer Coaches to grow the workforce and organizations that employ peers.
